Remember that there is always more than one way to use a pattern. You can use triangle patterns in a square block by placing them back-to-back or even put four copies of the same pattern in a square block. By alternation triangles with their right side up and then the right side down they can be use in borders. Be as creative as you like. Mix and match patterns to fit your needs. It is best if you don’t use too many patterns on any one quilt. To add variety try using different sizes of the same patterns.
