If the product or services that you receive are defective or you are unable to use them, please contact us. We will be happy to send you a corrected file, or if a duplicate design was purchased, to send a replacement.
Refunds may be given for products purchased (non-digital items such as books and paper pantographs) provided they are returned unopened. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace your purchase.
In order to refund club membership dues, we need to have received your cancellation request by the 15th of the month prior.
